Every day there is a different Workout; The Workout Of the Day (WOD). The WOD always starts with a warming-up tailored to warm up for the real workout. After the warming-up there will be a skill and a strength part. The skill part will be focused on the technique required for the movements in the WOD and figure out the best scaling option for every athlete. The strength part aims to get you stronger by training a specific lift or movement. After this the WOD starts. At the end of every class a short cool-down with stretching or foam rolling is provided.
