How does a 30 minute PT-session look like:

At the beginning of 2019 I became a member of CrossFit Zitterd. For various reasons I chose to first follow 10 personal training courses. The first training immediately confirmed that I was here for a reason. During a baseline measurement it turned out that my condition needed considerable improvement. Just like any other training, the baseline measurement consisted of a warm-up, a section focusing on strength, a section in which you perform the workout of the day (hereinafter: WOD) and a final cool-down. My first WOD consisted of three exercises of which I had to perform x number of repetitions and rounds in the fastest time possible. I arrived at a pretty disappointing 17 minute result. In the 8 training sessions that followed, I alternately worked on my fitness and strength with Juul and Stefan. The structure of the training, the versatility of the exercises and the motivating words of both trainers meant that I quickly started to notice results. The last training was exactly the same training as the first time. The ultimate test and a good way to see whether I had actually made progress. I could only be extremely satisfied with the end result: this time the WOD lasted only 7 minutes! I have been participating in the 'normal' group lessons for a number of weeks now (which are organized in the same way as the personal training sessions). These training courses are also versatile, fun and educational. In short: if you want to work hard on your physical condition in a fun and varied way, then Stefan and Juul/Crossfit Zitterd are the right place for you.
